JDEmrick RC Hobby does not accept returns.  In the event of a product defect please contact the manufacturer for warranty service.  Do not ship the product back to JDEmrick RC Hobby as this will void your warranty. 

If the product appears damaged in transit to you, do not open it.  Email us at sales@JDEmrick.com and let us know of the damage.  Hold on to the product until we contact you with further instructions.  Please include as much information as you can.
